This is the starting point which aims to set the Development Journey objectives according to the answers to the following questions:

From a Professional goal to a bigger Transformation
The coach and the coachee will need to build a strong and deep partnership based on trust as you might open-up on highly personal topics and explore different points of view.
Even with a same objective, the program is specific to each person as each person is different.
There are usually 2 sessions per month (1 hour each)
During the first sessions, we clarify the goal and built a set of tools (identification of the values, what the person looks like at his/her best, what are the limiting beliefs, etc.) to educate on coaching vocabulary and approach.
During the following sessions, we will deepen the learning on the coachee. He/She will forward the action between the sessions with « homework »: INQUIRIES to think about or CHALLENGES to push limits and maintain the engagement towards the achievement of his/her goal.
Visible results appears starting from 2-3 months.
As we work on changing habits and unlocking limiting beliefs deeply embedded, we will achieve the professional goal and inevitably migrates to ‘bigger issues’ such as life purpose/balance/fulfillment, courage to be authentic and becoming a better leader. No matter if the goal is initially professional, benefits will shine onto the personal life.
Follow-up over 2 years to accompany the progression up to the new Position
