Rampe de Bellevue is my home address in France

I serve High Potentials on their way to access higher levels

Approach

I love working with High Potentials. 

During those past 10 years, I specifically worked with them being a HR Manager, a Change Management Leader, a Trainer and a Coach. These are talented individuals, engaged, willing to learn, grow and develop others… but not all of them: some are self-centered, bossy and unable to admit feedback. 


Unfortunately and because their aura of "top performer" or "high potential", some companies are passive in front of their toxic behaviors. Doing so, they let a toxic work environment spread while teams and individuals are suffering. 


These situations are often overlooked when are companies are doing well. Moments of strong uncertainty (COVID-19, Company Transformations, merger & acquisitions) are acting as catalysts: bossy leaders will throw their teams to burn out or to resignation. At the opposite, leaders equipped with the ability to navigate change, to communicate effectively, to influence teams and individuals will emerge as true inspirational leaders. 


These are Soft Skills that can be learnt.


It is difficult to progress alone without a trusted (and unbiased) person, who acts as an uncompromising mirror; who is there to challenge, to help navigate the difficult moments and learn from them, to bring new points of view, to recognize the qualities of the person and to re-energize when the momentum weakens. 

This is the mission I took on.


What fulfills me is to participate in the transformation of individuals, to lead them be aware of what affects them deeply, in a human, positive and creative way. 


I believe in human nature. 

I am convinced that companies can improve their collective performance by bringing out the best in everyone through a resolutely benevolent and constructive culture. Some companies are already leading the way and I want to actively contribute by preparing future generations of leaders.
